ALL GOOD; NO BAD Jim Fairweather gave us superior service on our purchase of a used vehicle. He was very knowledgeable, courteous at all times, patient, and attentive. He answered all of our questions (even post-purchase), and went to great lengths to locate and match us to the right vehicle. Tut Edwards handled the paperwork for our car deal, and was likewise likeable, knowledgeable, efficient, patient (even with this elderly couple). He likewise acted as if we were the only people in the world that he needed to help through the process. Everyone we met at Five Star was kind, pleasant and gracious, including the vice president, Tony Pack. Mr. Pack spoke with us as if we were next door neighbors or life-long friends. Nice try Lee. Perhaps if you would hold true to the promises you make customers (like returning voicemail, or text) you could actually live up to the review written on October 2nd that you wrote about yourself!! ~~ I have text trail proof, dates of left messages with no returns, and finally going through another salesman that you have DROPPED the ball with us!
