What a great experience with Joe Ferrantelli I've bought many cars form Joe Ferrantelli and will never go anywhere else. I think that Joe is a very great person and will always be there for me.. I trust him with all me car purchases . He will always be my car guy from here on out. I've had several very bad experiences with other car dealerships . They (grapevine ford) took my keys from me and would never give them back from me . I had to tell them that i was going call the cops before they would give my keys back to me . I don't think I've ever had a car dealer go out of there way to make sure they TAKE CARE OF ME the way Joe Ferrantelli and five star ford has. I've been so happy with my experience that i come up to visit Joe at least once a week to have a conversation with him. Joe is truly a great person. That is how happy i am . Five star is the place for me. More

Stellar Customer service I started the day just wanting to get my oil changed and to see why the check engine light was on. I took my old vehicle to the dealer where I purchas I started the day just wanting to get my oil changed and to see why the check engine light was on. I took my old vehicle to the dealer where I purchased it Allen Samuels. They wanted to charge me $120 just to diagnose the problem and then told me that they would have to keep it over night. I was really upset. I remembered that I had received a pre approval letter for a new vehicle so I decided to look at trading the old car in. In my experience when a car starts to have major problems you have to spend an arm and a leg fixing them. So we drove over to 5 Star Ford. William May was in the lot to greet us as we got out of our car. The first thing he asked me is "what is important to you?" I was so impressed with the no pressure sales. William took the time to understand what I needed. He didn't try to push me into a vehicle that I didn't need or want. He kept my budget in mind the whole time. He took time to make sure that I knew how everything operated. I will suggest him to coworkers, friends and relatives. Thank you so much for giving me peace of mind. More
