Joe Ferrantelli is Wonderful We weren't planning on buying a vehicle, but my old pickup truck (currently driven by my daughter) was unexpectedly totaled. I told him the situation we were in, and gave him some general preferences. Within a day or two, Joe found a truck that more than met the need. He then got us a nice discount on the price which was within the amount our insurance paid! "Window-shopping" confirms he gave us an extremely competitive deal. The day we picked it up, we were in and out of the dealership in one hour! My daughter was presented with the keys, and she was treated with courtesy, respect and honor through the whole process (as was my wife, who was with us).
