Doreen is Awesome! My wife and I had been looking for a mid-sized SUV for the last several months and after driving many different vehicles we decided the Ford Explorer My wife and I had been looking for a mid-sized SUV for the last several months and after driving many different vehicles we decided the Ford Explorer Sport was our top choice. We visited many local dealerships and spoke with several different individuals in sales, and by FAR the best experience was working with Doreen at Five Star Ford. She met us about a month before we made the purchase today, and followed up regularly without making us feel pressured. We were very specific in the features we wanted in the Ford Explorer Sport (especially a bench seat in 2nd row - which is not common) and even though they did not have one on the lot Doreen found one at another dealership that she had delivered the same day! The whole process took most of the day and Doreen had an ear to ear smile with a very positive attitude throughout the entire thing. Once we committed to purchasing the vehicle we worked with Anthony in finance who helped us make the best decision in rate and terms. My wife and I are both bankers and usually the finance part of the transaction is very frustrating for us, but Anthony made it a very smooth and easy experience. Doreen took a genuine interest in making sure we bought exactly the vehicle we wanted and even helped us understand some of the cool technology features after we had purchased the car. I am very critical of customer service because it's so important in my job and I was genuinely impressed with what a great experience we had buying our new SUV from Doreen. There is a reason Five Star Ford has been so successful and Doreen is a testament to great customer service! More

Best car buying experience ever! I wasn't planning on purchasing a new car but 48 hours after speaking with Aaron Dias for the first time I was leaving the dealership with my brand ne I wasn't planning on purchasing a new car but 48 hours after speaking with Aaron Dias for the first time I was leaving the dealership with my brand new Mustang! I got Aaron's info from my brother-in-law who was in the process of purchasing a new F150 from Aaron. I asked Aaron to look into what options I had with trading my 2011 Mustang in for a 2015. I did not think we would be able to get the financing that would work for our budget or we would have to compromise options on the vehicle to make it work. Unbelievably, Aaron Dias worked his magic along with the Five Star financing team and we did not compromise at all. We were able to get great financing terms on the exact car we wanted. When I checked on it my salesman, diron, told me to fill out the credit app on line and he would have all the paperwork ready when I got there. That is exactly what he did. My documents were ready, my car was ready to go. My favorite thing was that diron did exactly what he told me he was going to do. He communicated with me via phone and kept me updated on the progress of my paperwork. It was definitely worth the drive. I also like the fact that it is a big dealership and they have it all together and they treat you like a valued customer. More
