I know that people don't typically like the experience in buying a car or truck but I can tell you if you see Jason Howell, he will take care of you. He's very nice and professional at his job and it shows. The customer service is awesome ..... When Jason Howell sent me to the finance dept. I met Kenneth Wilder, and he was just as nice and a professional at his job also. He took the time, and got the very best deal he could for me. There was no going back and forth and disappearing to that "secret" room.. It was very nice not having to haggle back and forth. Great new car buying experience Doreen Parker made me feel at ease especially when I was not looking to buy a car. I was walking the parking lot and I saw Doreen with some other customers so I kept walking the lot and after I finished looking at all the cars and I was headed towards my car to leave. Doreen had finished with her customers and she asked me had I been help and I told her no and her wonderful customer service kicked right in and she began to show me cars.
