I have my Fords serviced at 5 Star & had always bought my Fords from a smaller dealership. That dealership was sold & my sales person was let go. Since I knew Ron Green & had a very pleasant experi bought my Fords from a smaller dealership. That dealership was sold & my sales person was let go. Since I knew Ron Green & had a very pleasant experience with service I thought that I would try again to buy a new truck from Sam Pack. Several years ago I went to buy a truck there & wanted to test drive the truck on various roads, that experience was horrible with the salesman , he was overbearing & acted as if I wouldn't buy the truck anyway & couldn't wait to get rid of me. So I never went back to sales until now. But based on my service experience I ask Ron to get me in touch with a pleasant salesman, he did & Doyle Wells called me - he was very pleasant, courteous & gave me all of the choices that I needed to select a truck that I & my wife liked, he then patiently waited while I got my funds moved around to purchase the truck. Then my meeting with "Tut" Edwards in finance was just as pleasant. The process takes a while & I was tired & wore out by the time that I left, but I was happy & will buy here again if I need another Ford - we have an Edge Limited a King Ranch 250 & now a Lariat 150..
