We bought a new F-150 from Five Star Ford, North Richland Hills, TX on Friday 13 December. After initially talking with Kelly Blackwell over the phone, I was introduced to Chad Ritter. Chad is intelligent, knowledgeable of the Ford portfolio and listened to our thoughts on purchasing a new vehicle. I have purchased three vehicles from 5 Star Ford in NRH. One of those vehicles is a 2013 Focus. The salesman was not the problem. They didn't provide owners manual, antenna, wheel lock key, they have a policy of only providing 8 gallons gas for used vehicles. Poor policy. Ron Greene is a true professional. I called him while driving back from a business trip. I explained that my vehicle needed to be serviced, but that I had a very short time frame in which to do this befo driving back from a business trip.
