Alfred El-Darazi made us feel very comfortable as we told him what we were looking for when we made our first visit. While working with Alfred, we noticed Kevin Jones, a person we knew from our church. He greeted us warmly as we completed our dealings with Alfred. At our second visit, Alfred met us at the door. Alfred told us that since we knew Kevin, he would have Kevin help us. Kevin was very knowledgeable and worked hard to get us a good trade in for our vehicle. Also, he spent time locating just the vehicle we wanted to buy. He demonstrated the various features on the car. I was especially impressed with how Kevin and Alfred worked together to get the car ready for us to drive home. As we were leaving Jimmy Matthews, another person we know from our church, met us to go over briefly but completely the Sync system of the car. He told us he had "classes" to explain Sync and explained that sometimes it is better for a customer to return after having some experience with Sync. That way a person would know what he didn't know. He also went above and beyond to tell us to call him at home if we had questions or ask him when we saw him a church. One other extra was that Kevin Jones offered to pick up our car and take it to the dealership for the wax job or coating that had not been done the day we bought the car due to the time. The service from all three of these men has been outstanding. I also want to mention the friendliness of others we met and the kindness we were shown as we waited to sign the final papers. I would not hesitate to recommend Alfred, Kevin and Jimmy to anyone who wanted to buy a car or to better understand the Sync system. More

My experience was above my expectations. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Ford and each experience makes me keep coming back. I believe a company without great customer service is a failed company. Doreen and the rest of the team were very helpful in helping me choose the right car. I went in looking at a used Ford Focus which ended up being sold the day before my appointment. However, she sat dow helping me choose the right car. I went in looking at a used Ford Focus which ended up being sold the day before my appointment. However, she sat down with me and figured out what features I was looking for and what price worked well within my budget. The whole time it was about what I wanted and what could work, not her pushing the sale, which was a big stress reliever. Eventually, I decided on a new Fusion to help build credit, and it had all the little extra features I wanted. Best part? We were done in under 4 hours. 4 HOURS!! That's unheard of to me. So, my experience has been great! This will be the 8th car in my family that we have purchased from Doreen at 5 star ford in NRH. That's a great team there :) More

Came in for service on existing vehicle, and asked for a trade-in value on our other, older vehicle. Sean introduced us to Crystal, who became familiar with our situation, and started working relentlessly to find something in our price range that we loved. We didn't intend on purchasing anything until Aug/Sept, but Crystal was able to work up a deal that fit our budget and allowed us to purchase now instead of waiting. We met with Anthony to work out the financing portion, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well. But the most important and appreciated trait that they both shared was being up front, honest, and patient. We never felt any pressure from anyone for the sake of making a sale. Our next visit in was spent with John, Kevin and Jimmie who were also very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure we knew they were there to help with anything we needed. I've never had an experience like this before with a dealership, and I would definitely recommend them to others. More
