I recently purchased a 2013 F-150 from Mel Seibel at 5 Star Ford in North Richland Hills, TX. Overall the experience was fantastic. When the time was finally right to buy, it was the same experience throughout the negotiations and purchase. He was willing to work out a great deal with me at a price I could afford on a vehicle that fit my needs. The same could be said about Tony Synder in finance. Again, no pressure, no "hidden fees or charges" and I sincerely appreciated his honestly and helpful advice during the final, often most tedious part of the transaction. A great sales and finance combination that I hope carries over to any future service work with the dealer. I would definitely recommend 5 Star Ford if considering a new vehicle and appreciate Mel and Tony's work in making my experience as enjoyable as possible! More

After our first purchase from 5-Star in 2007 we continued to use the service department at 5-Star as well, and have been very satisfied with the service we get on our vehicles. Our vehicles always give top performance and we feel that's partially due to the knowledgeable staff in your service department, and of course Ford has been our first choice of vehicles for 50+ years.. We consider Jim Rich a helpful friend in the car sales business and 5-star ford the place to go to purchase a vehicle.
