Five Star Ford

We went to Five Star Ford looking for an Explorer. We needed more leg room in the back seat. We are a tall family with taller than average children. They showed us a Flex and we explained the options we were looking for. We were short on time so they said they would send us information on some Flex's that we might be interested in. Over the next two days we talked and e-mailed and they went above an beyond to answer our questions and to find us a Flex at another location. They were able to have the car the next day for us to test drive. After we decided on the car, we sat with Tony. He checked multiple financing companies and gave us multiple options. He also pointed out the pros and cons of all of them. We left very satisfied. If you are looking for a car, Five Star Ford is the place to go! More

I'm an extremely busy person. Josh respected this early on worked with me via phone/email/text and was always quick and never left a question unanswered. I knew 2 days before signing my vehicle and told hi on worked with me via phone/email/text and was always quick and never left a question unanswered. I knew 2 days before signing my vehicle and told him that he had my business. I tested the water with 5 other dealerships not even needing to negotiate price but just to see what they had to offer. I have not even heard from 2 of them and the ones I did answers were slow and vague. When it came down to selecting between two packages he remembered my needs early on and reminded me what would serve my family best and he was exactly right. I can't be more happier with what I selected and Josh should get all the credit as I was ready to make the wrong decision and guided me to the right one. More

I came into dealership looking for a specific options on a truck. The first vehicle presented to me fell just short of that. So Jim and Ollie went to work and found the vehicle that I wnated.
