We bought two cars from here in one week. One was a used truck and the other a new car. Over all the service was good. I wish Browning my first sales men was there when we bought the 2nd car. He was a much better sells men than our 2nd sales men. Jim Geier told me he would call me back after I got the run around trying to schedule a appointment for the used truck we bought. I did not ever get a call back. So when we went up to buy the 2nd car later that week I found Jim got to make my appointment and he promised to fill the tank with gas when I brought it up for the appointment. My son brought the truck up for the appointment and got the run around once again from the service department. It took them 20 minutes to find out when and what his appointment was for. Although he left there with his truck fixed, a new oil change, and new inspection sticker he did not get the full tank of gas Jim promised him. I do have to say so far we have had to deal with the service department 2 times. One to make an appointment and the other to be there for the appointment and the customer service in the service department needs improvement. I am hoping this is not the way it is going to be for the next 5 years while they service my new car. James Hopkins hooked us up and stood by what he told us. I will have no problems seeing him again for more aftermarket products. Would I buy another car from here? Yes I would!! I hope I have better luck with the service department in the future. That is the only reason why I am not giving all 5 stars. More
