I went shopping for a truck and having owned a Ford F150 years ago, I knew without a doubt that is what I wanted. I sent in an inquiry via the internet not understanding how it worked. Marisa was very patient with me throughout the experience, explaining the difference between internet options and walking in to the dealer. I sent in my request the first week of January and knew I was going to have to wait until the end of month, Marisa was very understanding with this and didn't turn me away. She was knowledgeable and worked very hard to ensure I would get exactly what I wanted in the Ford F150. She searched all locations from where they could do a trade and made sure I was able to stay within my budget. I have to say, this was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. I had mentioned in the phone survey that the fincance was a 4, this to me had no reflections on Marisa whatsoever. I thought I was rating the finance department personnel and felt the gentleman I dealt with was very inpersonable. Marisa did wonderful work to ensure the financing was within my budget and also to make sure leasing would not be a better option. I would, without any doubt, refer any of my friends to Five Star Ford and most importantly, Marisa Thompson. More
The 'computer age', my salesman Jim Rich, and my son-n-in-law combined to make the purchase of my new Focus extremely easy. Mr. Rich had sold me Fords in the past and it was a pleasure to have him son-n-in-law combined to make the purchase of my new Focus extremely easy. What really sold me was that Aaron kept in contact, answered all my questions even the silly ones, but never pressured me or pulled the "Salesman Act" of gotta buy today or be left out. Aaron is extremely professional and honest, but able to make a major purchase an enjoyable and less stressful event. Sam O'Reggio not only sold me after market accessories, but took the time to get to know me and show me how those accessories work. It wasn't just a sale to him. My wife and I had been shopping for a new car for her for sometime. We decided to stop by 5 Star in North Richland Hills and met Greg Miller. Greg is very personable and knowledgeable and made us feel at ea sometime. We decided to stop by 5 Star in North Richland Hills and met Greg Miller. Greg is very personable and knowledgeable and made us feel at ease. We did not buy that night, but Greg kept in touch without being pushy. When we made the decision that we were going to buy we went back to see Greg and he made the entire process painless and efficient (despite our many questions and indecision about which color). My 2008 F150 had a electrical problem that the Millineum would not cover.I think that was b.s. All it took was a call to Jim Rich and the process began.Jim found a new F150 that he knew I would like.He was would not cover.I think that was b.s. All it took was a call to Jim Rich and the process began.Jim found a new F150 that he knew I would like.He was able to give me a good price for the 2008 and a good deal for the 2011 F150.The process was painless.Three and one half hours and I was headed home with my new F150.Special thanks to Jim, Kelly and Bob for this experience. I actually just came in to look around... but Kolynn Smith made everything so easy and it was the most stress free car buying experience ever! It was also pretty cool that after we got done with the test drive we bumped into one of the owners (Tony Pack). He greeted us and made us feel very welcome. After we got out of finance we had to wait a little bit for our car to get cleaned but that was alright because Kolynn took us upstairs and showed us all the awards they had been given and shared a few stories about Five Star. I am very happy with my purchase and will come back and buy from Five Star Ford again. Thanks for all your help! More
