I was given Mark's name and contact information from a friend. I called and told Mark what truck and options I wanted. He sent me a quote within a few minutes with a copy of an invoice. He was knowledgeable of the cars he's selling. We got our car in two hours,...although I think this could still be improved. Finance guy is another story. He tried convincing us to buy a 100 T miles warranty...You won't have seen us back in a Ford dealership again if the fords we currently have and had in the past gave us too much trouble. Selling these warranties to Ford followers like us is like slapping mud as big as Texas on the Ford name that is part of our family. Offer 100 T miles warranty on all Ford automobiles and trucks and just think of something else to add on or sell...something that won't make me say "Are you kiddin' me?" I'm really glad to find your dealership's internet sales department, I've dealt with a number of them in our Fiesta's purchase process. Others claim internet sales but still have that backward, old days mind set. I also commend you for having a good writing department to do you customer communications. That is important to me. More

I told Jim what I was looking for here went and got the truck brought it up to the door for me and after the test drive we discussed the deal. Jim went to his manager to get it approved and in not time I was driving home my New truck. I went there on a recommendation from a friend that just bought a 2011 Edge. No wonder Ed Wallace recommends 5 Star Ford to buy Fords from. It was GREAT. More
