When I first went to Five Star Ford I was only looking to see which vehicle I might be interested in. Mr. Chad Ritter was very helpful in expalining the different feature for different vehicle. Chad was very patient and not overbearing, and I really appreciated that. When I was ready to purchase a vehicle it seemed that there were a number of obstacle to overcome, Chad was very proactive in trying to overcome these obstacles. Initially it seemed as if I would not be able to purchase the vehicle, but I am a man of faith and even when it seemed that it was humanly impossible for me to get this vehicle, I got a word from God almighty at church on Sunday July 10, 2011 that He God would see this come to pass. I left a message for Chad letting know what the Lord said, and ask if he would please resubmit the application, and I am really impressed that he did, and we saw what God did.
