Lee was great! 5 star did not have exactly the vehicle that I wanted to purchase on their lot but he was able to work out a dealer trade for exactly the car with exactly the features I wanted. (My local Ford dealership talked to me about ordering a vehicle from the factory and told me they'd call me if they got anything in similar to what I was looking for). The customer service was excellent. They were not pushy, but they did call and kept in good contact with me throughout my car-buying experience. When I went to pick up the car, Mark helped me. He went through all of the features and explained what each of the buttons did, which was very nice, I didn't have to try to figure out the synch system on my own. One of my least favorite things to do is trade cars. It has generally been a very stressful and unpleasant experience. I can honestly say that my experience with 5 Star Ford was just the opposite. I first contacted the dealership over the internet and promptly heard from Jim Rich. He gave me an intitial price and suggested that I come in and drive an F-150, which I did. They also evaluated my car and gave me a fair offer as a trade in. There was no pressure or attempt to get me to make a decision right then. I told him I wanted to look at the Silverado and Tundra first, which I did. I called him back and told him what I had decided on as far as equipment and color preference and told him I wanted to bring my wife to ride in one. We got to the dealership and he had exactly what I was looking for ready for a test drive. When we got back I told him I had found a buyer for my Camry and wanted the price without a trade. He gave me an excellent price and I purchased the truck. It was the best vehicle purchase experience that I've had in 30 years. I will recommend 5 Star Ford and Jim Rich to anyone who asks where I bought my truck. More

Sales staff seemed uninterested in helping me find a new Mustang. Either they thought I wasn't serious or just were apathetic about this particular model. I asked them to call me when they got the specifi Mustang. Either they thought I wasn't serious or just were apathetic about this particular model. I asked them to call me when they got the specific features I was looking for in a new Mustang. They never bothered. They offered to get me a car from another dealer but I explained that I would only do so if I could test drive or at least see it. They declined and said they would call me when they get one in with some of the major features I wanted. I went back a few weeks later and found out they had one but sold it that morning? Where was my phone call? I ended up buying from a different dealer who cared about earning my business rather then giving me a run around. Someone who would actually take the time to not only go to another dealership nearby but also let me drive a fully loaded Mustang there to find my car. Every dealer should work that hard for a sale, don't put barriers in front of a sale. Make it easy for the buyer. More
