He paid attention to my “wishlist” and even though the original truck I wanted was just sold, he introduced me to the perfect vehicle with all the features of the other one, plus extras the other one didn’t have; saving me $$$ in the end…. Plus, $1000 less!! Brett Ingersoll, Finance Manager, knew I was pressed for time but asked if I had a second, he’d like to present an extended warranty that would fit my needs and budget; and he was right!!! Pros: Got a great deal and happy with purchase. Made it easy to handle the deal over email/phone so I don't have to come into dealership. Kim was very courteous/friendly and easy to work with. Cons: Kim wasn't the best at replying to texts which I understand some people prefer phone convo as preferred method of communication. Few times I was completely ghosted after sending him a text. Direct phone calls work great for some but I (like most people in this modern age) am the type that prefers email text/email correspondence to help keep track and convenient response. Additionally, while this may have been a simple mistake, the finance team wrote up my contract incorrectly and overcharged me by thousands. It took many phone calls to explain that I am being over charged and they reluctantly fixed it. I'll give them benefit of the doubt that it was a mistake but the fact that I had to speak to 3 different people about how their math was wrong and their reluctance to accept their mistake made me wonder if they were trying to pull a fast one on me. In the end, the only thing matters is if I got a good car at a good price- which I did so I'll give them 4 stars instead of 3. More
