Great service, wonderful people. I noticed I had a screw in my tire on the way to get my daughter to softball practice. At that point it didn't seem to be leaking. My kids and I stopped by the QT and while I was looking at my tire, Robert Morgan the Service Director for Five Star Ford who just happened to be at QT too, asked if I was needing any help. I told him about my tire and explained that I'd get it taken care of after I dropped my daughter off. Mr. Morgan asked me to let him and his team take care of it. I drove my car right over and was met with such nice people. I later learned that they were all done for the night and actually clocked out, but they stayed and helped my kids and I with my tire. This was such a kind act and truly appreciated. Five Star Ford will be where I always go for car maintanance. They are a group of very caring individuals. I can't thank them enough for their kindness. More

Was actually referred to them by Ford Corporate to handle and long standing service issue that kept being swept aside by old dealership back home. I could easily see why the parent company would recommend these guys. Everyone from Sean Billhymer (service advisor) to Joshua ( General Manager ) have been nothing but first class and professional. I recently referred a friend there as well and he ultimately bought a new F150. He told me after the fact it was by far the best car buying experience he had ever had as well. Check these guys out, You won't be disappointed. !! More

What happened to the service department I have been going to this dealership every since I moved to the area. I have bought two new vehicles from them and love their sales department. I once felt the same about the service department but my last couple of visits were not what I have become accustomed to when going to this location. Over the last two days I have took each of my vehicles in to be serviced and both times I had to fund someone to assist me. The second time when I went inside I found two service advisors playing with their phones. Both visits took extended periods of time to get oil changes with the longest being three hours. Not sure what happened but it may be t I me to find a new home. Sad but true. More
Warranty recall work Purchased a "new" used vehicle. Found out it had 3 open recalls. Five Star Ford repaired the open recalls. Abby Pearl was my service advisor. She Purchased a "new" used vehicle. She ensured that the parts for the recall were on hand before my appointment and she provided me a loaner vehicle so I could accomplish all of my errands while my car was in the shop. Easy as Sunday Morning I called 5star and spoke to Caleb about a tune up to my 2008 f150. Not only did I get a tune up but also a brake job, power steering leak fixed, and even windshield wipers. I had planned to get new tires but Caleb informed me I still had 10k miles on them and could wait to replace them. My truck was in and out in 2 days! I loved that Caleb kept me informed as each repair was done and that he was not intimidating. Sometimes repairs are a hassle for a single Mom and this time it was not. I was thoroughly pleased with the courtesy, cost, and complete care I got from Caleb! You guys have a keeper and I will pass his info along to the "single mom network" of friends I have for all of their service and repair needs. Thanks Caleb, Kelley Nicosia :) More
