Typical car dealer experience - expected and received. Everyone we dealt with was polite and friendly. The car was delivered clean and with a full tank of gas. I had to point out the features and value of my trade in, a Lexus, in order to obtain a better trade-in value. If I hadn't benefited from the trade value, on tax, I would have sold it myself for more money. It was listed the next day on the website for full retail after telling me I wanted too much. Typical car dealer angle, however. Not my first rodeo. Paid cash. Glad the finance guy didn't waste his time or mine trying to sell warranties, etc. More

This had to be the fastest car purchase I've ever made, hands down. Spencer, my sales rep, did a fantastic job keeping me updated with the Outback I was interested in purchasing.
