I made an appointment with Joey to see a Subaru that we discussed on the phone. When I arrived it was ready to test drive. Joey test drove the car with me and led me through the features. There was never a rush and certainly no pressure. The car pretty much can sell itself. I would have never considered a Subaru until I felt that I needed the safest car around. To my surprise, this is the best car I have ever owner, safe or not. This car has all the technical extras, which is what I was looking for. The Legacy with the safety features was actually less expensive to insure than my previous 2014 model (worth about $15,000) compared to the 2018 Legacy that listed for about $30,000. I did not change any of the coverage either. In a conversation with the General Manager, I learned that in just two years or so, this dealership has become #1 in Dallas Ft. Worth. Easy to see why. I look out of the window and saw a Subaru a great fine and did an Internet inquiry and Tony called me back. He noticed the frustration and how irritated I was and was very enthusiastic to help me get out of that horrible situation. Due to the sense of urgency and I explain to Tony that the dealership I am at or trying to force me to buy a car that I have expressed I do not want Tony made sure that his experience with me would be the complete opposite not only was he crying and apologizing for a Nother dealership he even came and picked me up and took me to his. While there he was very attentive and he had started the process and explaining the card letting me know that it’s being detail the car that I wanted to purchase was actually available for him and there was still no pressure to buy he gave me time to think about the car he even let me calm down and get a beverage in order to read myself of the bad vibes from the other dealership. Tony made buying a car so simple and it was the easiest experience I have ever had with the dealership it was no pressure to buy it wasn’t a feeling that since you looked at this car you have to get it he did not make me feel like I owed it to him in order to buy the car he just Wanted to see me happy and in a good car whether it was with him or not. Tony is absolutely amazing and I have given his card and his information to all of my friends that I know are in the business of a car buying process. I will definitely be a repeat customer and Tony will actually have a customer in me for life he is just that amazing and there are not enough kind words to express the great service that he provides!
