The quick acceleration is something I had never felt in the Porsche. Our salesman, Rutger, was fantastic. His knowledge of cars and performance issues of various models helped us decide on the right car to buy. Other salesman, Martin, helped out also with advice on how to get the right aftermarket items. Financing was simple and easy. Wife filled out the form online at home and simply went in and signed the papers. I will definitely be back to this dealership when it's time for another new or used vehicle. More

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE I came in frustrated w car salesman from previous experiences and bad experiences last week. As soon as I spoke to Frankie and told him what I was lo I came in frustrated w car salesman from previous experiences and bad experiences last week. As soon as I spoke to Frankie and told him what I was looking for, he responded exactly the way I needed to be communicated to. Unsure of y’alls training, but I coach sales people and Frankie understands personality types and how to match his approach. He also knows how to connect quickly with the customer in an authentic way. This is a gap for most sales people because they try to connect just for the sale and don’t make people feel like they care. Frankie was responsive, had a sense of urgency, and wasted none of my time while going through his process and proper channels to give me the best price for my vehicle. I am extremely impressed with this young man and feel as though he could share best practices to other people in your organization through training, during meetings, or after action review’s with sales managers. Figure out a way to retain Frankie pay him more and keep him happy because it’s rare from my experience in car sales that you have a professional with the skills that Frankie possesses. These things might come naturally to him but the others are struggling so his unconscious competence should be replicated. Ask for him, use him and you will not be disappointed. He is so friendly, fun and is NO PRESSURE. I can't stand getting swarmed by drooling sales people before you even get out of your car. Bill was the complete opposite of this. Before we bought our Outback we visited, drove and talked to Bill no less then 4 times and each time he never made us feel rushed or ever appeared annoyed. When you walk in the door there are people with dogs walking around, a smiling friendly receptionist and a general feeling of relaxed fun. 100% opposite of most dealerships. Next was the sales manager Steven Johnston (sp?). I drive a hard bargain when I buy cars and he was very patient and willing to work with us to get to the price point we needed to be at. Big thumbs up for him. Lastly was Freddie in finance. Do you ever get to finance and get hammered to buy stuff you don't want or need by a stressed out guy that smells like cigarettes and $2 cologne? Freddie is the opposite of that. He was smart, quick, no pressure and even worked with me to buy the extended warranty for a good price that I wanted. As he said, we could of sat in his office and talked all night. Such a cool guy. Lastly, they have a beautiful dealership with a nice snack area, super nice service area, free car washes etc etc etc. To the owner of Subaru Grapevine. Sir, you are doing something right.
