He showed us many options, so we could decide for ourselves what was right for us. We ended up choosing the Outback, because we liked the look and feel more. We felt it was what was best suited for our lifestyle. Bill was attentive and informative the entire time. We never felt like we were being pushed in one direction or another. We never felt pressured. And he was also very patient and cheerful with our toddler, who terrorized his office just a little bit.
