And in the end, when I suspected something wasn't right with the loan calculation, rather than dismissing my concern (which I feel like would have happened at other dealerships) they took the time to research it and discovered I was actually right (and then corrected it). Throughout the entire process, I never once felt pressured to make a decision or add on any features that we weren't 100% comfortable with. Oh yeah, and the car is AWESOME!!! The features are insane! And you get the reliability of a Subaru to boot. Buying the 2019 Ascent from Subaru of Grapevine was one of the better decisions I've made as a consumer in my life. Everyone should go buy cars from them. More

Flew from Phoenix AZ to buy here Joey was helpful and professional in the beginning. I had problems with the vehicle though. Three of the four tires were bad and needing replaced. Also the passenger’s front wheel barring was bad and I could not make my trip back to Phoenix without spending $700 out of my pocket to get it roadworthy. I let the dealership know about this and did not get a reasonable response. these were safety issues not as is issues. Just make sure you thoroughly check out veh before buying from here. More

I had a question about the keyless entry system, and she ended up pairing my iPhone with the car, loading my contact information, showing me how to ask for a phone or text to be called. She also went over the map system, all at the touch of a button and oral instructions. She explained that I needed to leave my charger in the car all the time to access some of these services. Dee is sooooo patient and explains over again until I was able to "play" with the features. She is PHENOMENAL! I'm so technologically inept that it's pitiful. She doesn't make me feel like an idiot, and it's fun to talk, laugh, and sing with her. She's an absolute positive part of 5 Star. Unfortunately for her, I also ask for her first because I know that she relates to my inefficiency. Love her! More
