You really have a great Service department. The one time I had to wait because service was taking longer than expected was because my service advisor was unhappy with the quality of the tint that was applied to my windows, and asked the tint person to re-do it all. They pay attention, they follow up and they follow through. These are employee qualities that sometimes cannot be taught or trained, they just come with it or they don't.
