I went back to this dealership because I had no choice it was for a situation that emanated back to the original delivery of this new Mercedes that now has only 2000 mi on it. The front tires on the outer ed was for a situation that emanated back to the original delivery of this new Mercedes that now has only 2000 mi on it. The front tires on the outer edge are feathering and wearing. I was greeted by Pratik the service advisor who was as always a perfect gentleman in every way. They checked the alignment and it was virtually perfect with one small deviation. Also, no suspension parts were broken or worn. As a result they did not know what was causing the problem except maybe defective tires. Pratik was uncertain how to go about getting the tires replaced so I asked the service manager Nathan the procedure. He immediately unloaded on me in a threatening manner saying What are you going to do give me a zero instead of a one – I asked him what he was talking about and he said I read your Google review twice as it came across my desk this morning. He was referring to a 7-26-25 review I did which did not even involve him. He went on to say – what are you even doing coming in here for service after that review. After that review I am not doing anything for you. Three times he said if you go to a restaurant and give them a bad review then you don’t turn around and ask them for a free meal. I said this car cost thousands of dollars and has a 4 year warranty and I am not asking for anything for free but asking that defective tires be replaced. He repeated that he was not helping me with anything and he can’t believe that I come in for service and walk around like I own the place. His tone continued to get more and more full of anger and agitation. He said big deal that you spent thousands that means nothing to me. Since I was in his place of business I thought the better of it and walked away. I have never once said anything untoward to anyone at this dealership – all I did was spend thousands of dollars on a car and can you believe this is the way I am treated ? I must live in an alternate Universe because I can not believe this is happening. I would like to have this dealership buy the car back at full retail so I can replace it elsewhere. I would give this car dealer 0 stars and advise anybody to stay away. More
Just had a terrible experience - arrived 30 min before opening and sat down in waiting room when the valet named Guy told me to go wait in my car. I said I prefer inside when he raised his voice telling m opening and sat down in waiting room when the valet named Guy told me to go wait in my car. I said I prefer inside when he raised his voice telling me he is the supervisor and began to argue with me. I reported this to the general manager Paul and his response was "I would have thrown you out too ". Even though the waiting room was open with no signs saying stay out nor hours open he would have thrown me out. He said he will take care of having signs. He tried to turn the table on me attempting but failing to put me on the defensive with a threat that "if anyone yells at one of his employees he bans them from the dealership." This was before he had any information concerning all that had transpired. He seemed very stressed and kept saying he had to go to a meeting. Well, much more important than any meeting is his responsibility to make sure customers are not mistreated in a way that I was. Two other guests in the waiting room told me that Guy acted inappropriate with them. As I was leaving, I saw my car came out of the wash still dirty and was told if I want it clean have it detailed. One of the dealership selling points to me "was we give you car washes as long as you own the car." Today I was told things show a lot more on a Black car. The young man who drove the car out said the car was dirty and he would be upset were it his car. I guess giving you a car wash doesn't mean getting it clean. Believe me, these Mercedes cars are extremely expensive and you pay for the car washes. You know that some people are mistreated but don't complain as another women in the waiting room said this same valet was very snippy to her but she did not want to get in a fight by complaining especially after I relayed my experience with Paul. This same valet went over to another man in the waiting room and said to him referring to me, "what does he want I washed the car twice and he is still complaining. " The man came over to relay this to me. THEY SENT ME HOME WITH A DIRTY CAR BECAUSE HOW MUCH CAN YOU ARGUE WITH THEM ? Finally, even though this car was for my wife, she refuses to visit this dealership given the behavior of this valet. My feeling is if you want to be treated well skip this dealership. I just can't believe this whole thing. I have never seen so much about so little - a sad commentary about this dealership. Should they be making an issue with a customer concerning a matter such as this- Man sits in our waiting room to wait for service WOW ! More
