Our salesman, Jared Kagunda, his managers Nick Ioannidis & Ken Julian, the Finance Manager, Gil Otero and Concierge's Suada Kolenovic & Elder Perez made us truly feel like family from the moment we walked into this beautiful dealership. Jared displayed the type of perseverance, professionalism and patience you would expect from a seasoned salesperson. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail were impeccable. Nick Ioannidis made an immediate impression on us. His grasp of the process of buying/leasing vehicles was rivaled only by his ability to connect with us on a personal level making us feel confident in our purchasing decisions. Gil, the Finance Manager also made a lasting impression of both Kathy and I. He was almost as excited for our purchase and the vehicle as we were. He was not pushy and acted like someone trying to build a long-term relationship and not just a quick sale. This really one me over and I ended up deciding to replace both of my cars with a new Mercedes. Suada Kolenovic really sealed the deal when she walked both me and my wife over the features of our new cars. I think I will be coming back to this dealer for a long time to come. More

What topped her service off was when i came to sign the paperwork, I needed starbucks she offered hers so i wouldn't have to go back out in the cold weather. I wouldn't offer my starbucks to anyone.😊 once my car was ready for pick up they had this wonder person Suada give me a tour of all the options that were new. She was so patient and her attention to detail about my vehicle was extra ordinary. Even took me on a quick test drive to show me how to work the self park feature on the car. The GM took time to make sure that I was happy with my purchase before running to a meeting. Now that's service. All my friends will be sent to Kari and flagship. Amazing place to purchase a vehicle.
