Since we live in Norwood, a good 1.5 hour drive during evening rush hour, we arrived not long before closing for our test drive/purchase visit and our pickup visit. On the first occasion both Skip and Ibe stayed late even though a snowstorm had just started coming down. The night we picked up the car Skip welcomed us with a gorgeous bouquet of roses and Anthony ducked in and out of the pouring rain to show us the ins and outs of our new car. The whole team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, valued, and special. Thank you all! More

I brought the car in for a new battery and to have the charging system checked. Unfortunately this just before a snow storm and the dealership was hopping!
