We're a returning customer to Flatirons Subaru, having bought our 2018 Outback there along with all our servicing needs during the past 3 years. We test drove a few cars, debated between the trim levels and picked a car that we wanted. Regrettably, one wasn't nearby so we settled on another color. Luciano called the next morning that the color we wa and picked a car that we wanted. Regrettably, one wasn't nearby so we settled on another color. Luciano called the next morning that the color we wanted was located and being delivered if we wanted to wait an extra day. We got the car we wanted in the color we wanted and it was quick and easy. I found my '13 Honda Civic through Craigslist and Kyle was so much more than helpful throughout the entire process. Setting up a time with him was so easy and we were able to get it looked at by mechanics was so much more than helpful throughout the entire process. Setting up a time with him was so easy and we were able to get it looked at by mechanics we trust just to make sure. He made us aware of a leak in one of the tires, which the dealership fixed the day after I was able to take the car home at no cost. He also followed up with me in the days after to make sure everything was working as it should. Easily the best car-buying experience I've had thus far with such a genuine person.
