Xavier promptly replied to all of my emails prior to visiting, and he even had the cars I was interested in ready to go when I arrived. While the car I had my eye on had been sold the day before, Xavier made sure I had plenty of other options to look at. He was extremely friendly & informative during the test drives, he helped me negotiate with the car insurance companies to get the best price, & he even let my roommate & I mark all of the nicks & dings in the car for repair before leaving! Since I was unable to drive my car home that day, Xavier sent me off with a (gas-filled) loaner to drive until my car was ready. Additionally, Shay in financing was so sweet & helpful. She pulled my highest credit score to get me the lowest APR% and took the time to explain all of my warranty options, all while showing genuine compassion for me. I left Flatirons Subaru feeling very confident & happy with my purchase. Thank you for making my first time buying a car easier than I could ever imagine!! More

He took particular care to be sure that we had plenty of operational details about the car before we took it off the lot. He conveyed that he was REALLY concerned that we know all that we need to know (which is substantial, given all the built in technology). He and Kerrie Bowen in Financing extended and pressured themselves (and extended their work-day) to get us complete in our tight schedule that day.
