This was my first experience buying a car and it was great! He explained things clearly, steered me towards what I wanted, was honest about his opinions when I solicited them, responded in a timely fashion the entire start-to-finish buying/ picking up the car, paid attention to detail, and had a thorough understanding of everything that I asked about. He was kind and helpful and very clear, and was the only salesperson who got up from his desk and who “ greeted” potential customers. I’ve heard Suburu car sales people don’t have to make an effort to sell their cars, but I respect Zac’s willingness to reach out to others even when he evidently doesn’t have to. He even took time and was helpful with another dealers client and his family, simply because he could. Ask for Zac if you go to this dealer, you won’t be disappointed. More
