His attention to detail and follow through was what I would expect and alleviated my concerns on going through the car buying process. He knows BMW's well and was helpful in getting me up to speed on latest in electronics including getting Spotify App to work through bluetooth which was a bit different on a new 2018. His attention to detail was evident as I was returning to dealership and pulled up for a car wash only to find the "closed for maintenance" sign.
