Chris Leahy was our salesperson and we would recommend him to everyone.He explained what we needed to know, worked with us through a deadline we needed to meet and never once was high pressure. He worked to get us the deal we wanted and the time we spent at the dealership ( we drove and hour and half each way to get there) was well spent. Buying a new car is stressful, even though some dealers told us it should be "fun". For me, it isn't fun, but it was the best car buying experience we have had. Took the time to locate exactly what I wanted and had it on site when I arrived to discuss the trade in from a 2014 X5 to a 2018 X5. I was able to drive my new 2018 X5 home that very day. The paperwork details were handled in a very efficient manner so I was not kept waiting for hours. No muss. No fuss. No hassles.
