He had answers to all questions which I and my wife had. When we walked into dealership, we were not sure whether we will buy BMW. But our interaction with Dan made the difference. We were out within 2 hours with advance given to hold the car. We picked the car yesterday. When we came to sign the papers, everything was ready and walked out with the CAR. Overall great professionalism, no one is pushing to make decision on the spot but ready to help with breadth of knowledge. Dan Rocks! More
