Great experience with a commitment to customer service! I recently purchased a 2015 BMW X5 and had the pleasure to work with Bill Hinton. Bill was eager to assist us in finding the RIGHT vehicle -- with the I recently purchased a 2015 BMW X5 and had the pleasure to work with Bill Hinton. Bill was eager to assist us in finding the RIGHT vehicle -- with the features and price point --to meet our requirements. Bill also assisted us in quickly getting everything processed so we could pick up the vehicle to use for a 600-mile trip for an extended vacation. He patiently provided a detailed orientation to the car and it's features. However, there were some features that we simply forgot how to use and it wasn't so clear in the BMW Owner's Manual. That's when Bill became our "lifeline!" Bill graciously responded to messages and texts -- even over the weekend -- to answer any questions we had about the vehicle. Bill definitely went "above and beyond" to insure that we had a positive experience and truly enjoyed our trip. Now THAT is customer service and we are delighted! Thank you. More

He kept in touch with me via email and telephone but he found a car for me so quickly we didn't have to correspond very much!!!!! He explained all the features to me and followed up the next day. It was the best experience I've had leasing a car, ever. I don't live or work close to Flemington BMW but plan to use their service department and, in the future, if i can part with it, lease or buy another car down the road. Thanks Tom.
