Both my buying experiences were relaxed but very efficient. As long as he's selling BMWs, I'll be Bill's customer. On the business end, Craig Thompson was also knowledgable, through and personable, he was very efficient but made sure he answered all questions to my full satisfaction. Both Bill and Craig are great assets to the dealership and the BMW brand. More

Ultimate Sales Experience twice! I have had the pleasure of having Mr. J.R. Nest as the Salesman who took the time to help me through a difficult process of buying a car. I originall I have had the pleasure of having Mr. J.R. Nest as the Salesman who took the time to help me through a difficult process of buying a car. I originally brought my 5 Series, 2007 in for service, however, the wear and tare really took a tool. As I was out of warranty, the decision to trade in weighed heavily on me. I was so unsure and confused and lost as to what was the best decision. Mr. Nest saw my despair and helped me make the best choice to trade in. Mr. Nest was not overbearing, aggressive or the typical hard core sales person, but instead he was genuine, sincere, diligent and had the utmost patience in waiting for me to come to a decision. As I am a recent stroke survivor, the entire sales process was stress free. Not only did I purchase a new 3 series, but I went back again and purchased a second one six months later and yes, Mr. J. R. Nest was the ultimate dynamic, charismatic and thoughtful, Sales person that he was the first time. I have no problems recommending friends and family to ask for Mr. J. R.
