Tom Terrill I purchased my first BMW (an X3) in 2011, Tom Terrill was the sales person. He did an excellent job of keeping me informed about important details an I purchased my first BMW (an X3) in 2011, Tom Terrill was the sales person. He did an excellent job of keeping me informed about important details and differences between BMW and other cars. I find Tom to be professional, knowledgeable, as well very pleasant to work with. I decided to upgrade my X3 to an X5 due to my unpleasant ride that I noticed at times with my X3. I once again made Tom the person of choice. He explained all the differences,upgrades, and new features. Tom was very cooperative and patient during the whole process. He offered his assistance if any questions came up or if I had any in the future. I love my new X5! What a difference to the X3! Thanks Tom and the wonderful Dealership that you are part of. The financial end of the deal was also extremely easy due to the wonderful assistance by Rebecca Kosar( Kudos to you) Financial and Insurance Manager, who made the whole financial and Insurance end of the deal for the purchase of my new X5 from Flemington BMW was not only satisfactory but also a memorable. We ordered the car and was told it would be approximately 6 weeks for delivery. Our salesman was Tom Terrill and he did an excellent job of keeping us informed of the progress and delivery. Tom Terrill was an excellent salesman as he was patient, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work worth. To my surprise, my huband decided to upgrade my X3 to an X5 for my birthday. He shopped around and once again, the prices did not compare to Flemington BMW. Tom was once again chosen as our salesperson. Round two was just as positive of an experience. Tom explained all of the upgrades and new features and offered his assistance if any questions came up down the road. Great experience and I love my new X5! Terrific Experience !!! I live in the Nassau County NY area and was in the market for a 2014 X3. I was working with a few local dealerships when I contacted Flemington BMW vi I live in the Nassau County NY area and was in the market for a 2014 X3. I was working with a few local dealerships when I contacted Flemington BMW via email asking about a vehicle they had in stock. I immediately received a call back from Noha, their internet sales person. She was very professional, courteous, and did whatever it took to make this deal happen. Noha was extremely patient in explaining various details during our conversations. When push came to shove Flemington was less expensive on the transaction but I told Noha I was hesitant to drive all the way to Flemington NJ and back, her response.... No problem, we will bring the car to you. The car was delivered the next morning by Noha & Bill. There were no surprises or hidden costs, everything was exactly as they stated in our conversations. They took their time explaining the features of the car and in less than an hour they were on they way back to Flemington and I was driving my new BMW X3 for $30 less a month. Thank you Noha and you can bet I will be calling you again. More

Knowing how other dealerships have a high turnover rate, this really tells you something about the sales personnel and their knowledge of the brand of vehicle. I can't say enough good things about the employees here. Bill Hinton is an extremely knowledgeable and helpful salesman. Any questions I had about the vehicle I was interested in, he most certainly knew the answers to. He and Ed Kiley worked with me on getting the vehicle I was interested in to fit my budget. They exceeded all expectations of mine and couldn't be more friendly and helpful. When it came time to do the paperwork, Rebecca Kosar greeted me with utmost friendliness and helped me feel comfortable with my new purchase. The sales team at Flemington BMW is exceptional!
