Worked with Rick Buscavage on a 2011 335xi coupe lease deal. Everything was going great until we started negogiating, he assumed I was an uneducated customer and my visit ended when he accused me of playi deal. Everything was going great until we started negogiating, he assumed I was an uneducated customer and my visit ended when he accused me of playing games when he misunderstood what I said, took the lease papers i was looking at away from me and said "I'm done". I thanked him for his help and left. Pricing was actually decent, too bad Flemington lost a potential customer with his antics. YMMV with Rick, but my experience was negative and he was very unprofessional to say the least. UPDATE: Byron Brisby Jr heard about what happened and went out of his way to try to remedy the situation by contacting me. Though we didnt get a deal done, he was easy to work with and seemed sincere in trying to do right by me. More

Tom Terrill was great. We didn't even have to come in until last moment to sign the papers; everything was done over the phone. Had a great experience working with Tom Terrell at the Flemington BMW dealership. His name was recommended by one of my friends, and I was fortunate enough to have worked with him for my first BMW new car Flemington BMW dealership. His name was recommended by one of my friends, and I was fortunate enough to have worked with him for my first BMW new car. Extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and always accessible for any concerns and questions I, as a customer had for him. He spent some good amount of time providing me with useful information and going over all of the car's specification on the day of its delivery. It's not always easy to find a good sales agent at a car dealership who can be friendly and approachable for any information. I recommend him, and I'm sure I would want to work with him again for future purchase of BMWs. Beyond that, I also found other employees at Flemington Dealership quite helpful and sincere to deal with. The facility and building itself is very specious and comfortable. Even though it may not be the closest BMW around your home, it's worth the extra miles to drive in and deal with great people as opposed to Edison Open Road. More

Gerry was low key and a pleasure to deal with. When I picked the car up he spent 2 hours with me explaining everything without the hint of wanting to rush through anything...it was my first BMW. Becky handled all the finance options and she was so pleasant to deal with even that seemed like a breeze. Overall...a positive experience! More
