A real team effort to get us into the 535 my wife and I wanted. As noted in an earlier post, Scott came to the dealership on his day off to see last minute paperwork through the system. The buying experience was excellent, the best I've ever had. The dealer personnel were professional and attentive. There was an issue related to my preowned vehicle maintenance. A mistake was made that BMW would not support, however the dealership stepped up and handled the situation to my complete satisfaction. Service after the purchase has been great. My experience with Flemington BMW was extraordinary. By far the most pleasant and smoothest experience leasing a new car. Both Matt and Byron were knowledgeable, pleasant and courteous. They made the transition from my previous BMW into a new one, hassle free. Worked with Rick Buscavage on a 2011 335xi coupe lease deal. Everything was going great until we started negogiating, he assumed I was an uneducated customer and my visit ended when he accused me of playi deal. Everything was going great until we started negogiating, he assumed I was an uneducated customer and my visit ended when he accused me of playing games when he misunderstood what I said, took the lease papers i was looking at away from me and said "I'm done". I thanked him for his help and left. Pricing was actually decent, too bad Flemington lost a potential customer with his antics. YMMV with Rick, but my experience was negative and he was very unprofessional to say the least. UPDATE: Byron Brisby Jr heard about what happened and went out of his way to try to remedy the situation by contacting me. Though we didnt get a deal done, he was easy to work with and seemed sincere in trying to do right by me. More
