I have been buying cars at Flemington BMW for 30 Years. I have had many great experiences during that time. I presently am driving a new X5 and I think it is one of the best cars I have ever owned. Michael O'Connor was terrific in helping me with this decision. We had a special need this time around due to comfort issues in picking a car that would not a aggravate an arthritis problem. We have almost 5000 miles on this car. We took two long trips without difficulty. Working with Michael O'Connor and Bill Hinton for the previous car was a pleasure. I don't think that I ever had two more knowledgeable and enthusiastic sales people. They knew their products inside out and were able to make suggestions that were very helpful. All cars purchased from the Flemington Group of dealerships have not been perfect, not dealership related but more manufacturing defects. The dealerships stood behind the cars and made every effort to fix the problems in an efficient manner. Over the years I have gotten to know the owners, sales force, and service professionals. I told Jeffery that I was looking to purchase a new BMW 328i. I explained that I do not care to dicker price back and forth. So I requested that he provide his best price as I was only giving him one chan 328i. I explained that I do not care to dicker price back and forth. I am to old to dicker,I wanted one good shot and he got it right,I bought the car. Jeff listened to my request and provided me with all the info,selections and price that I needed to finalize my decision. Jeff did an excellent sales presentation and within one hour of my decision to purchase he had the car detailed and all paper work completed for me to drive off with my new 328i. I had visited this dealership several time during the past year for service on a lease vehicle that we were interested in turning in early. It never seemed anyone was ever really interested in working with me. Most recently, we visited the dealership to turn in our vehicle two months early. Even the representative we were working with to turn in our vehicle said over the phone that he would make us a good deal on a new vehicle, but when we got to the dealership to turn in the vehicle he never once mentioned getting us in to a new vehicle. It was only while we were waiting for him to complete the paperwork, that we were approached by Rick Buscavage while we were in the showroom looking at the new vehicles. Rick was very friendly, helpful and informative. After several follow-up phone calls with Rick we ended up returning the next day and leasing a new BMW. If it hadn't been for Rick, we would have ended a 25 year committment of driving BMWs. Rick should definately be commended for his OUTSTANDING customer service skills! More
