My wife and I just moved back to the US and were looking for a safe, reliable, SUV for her and our baby. Rick took us for a test drive and took the the time to become acquainted with us and our situation. The test drive felt more like a drive with a friend than your typical "salesperson". There was absolutely no pressure and Rick pointed out all the features that would benefit new parents and safety for the car. We felt quite at ease and next thing we knew we were negotiating for the purchase. Another positive aspect of the experience was Rick was able to get us in-line with payment plan that we were very comfortable with. We signed the dotted line and picked up the X5 6 days later. The day we picked up the car Rick showed us the many features and customized many of the options for my wife. A simple thing of setting the height of the rear trunk for my wife to reach in case she was carrying bags or holding the baby really stood out. It is this personal service that cannot be measured in price. Rick's strong customer service skills is what will bring us back for another BMW in the future and recommend him to our friends.
