Mike was absolutely fantastic. He did not pressure me at all during my decision. In fact, I looked at the vehicle about a month before purchasing as I had to travel for work in between my first look and my all during my decision. Mike followed up via email twice to see if I had any additional questions. We test drove the car twice. Mike is the best informed car salesperson I have every met. He knew every single installed feature and option on the vehicle I wanted. After all that, how could I not buy from Mike!?! When I came to complete the paperwork and pick up the car, everything was done and all I had to do was sign some papers and I was out in 20 minutes. Angel Roach in the finance department was so pleasant and professional. She really did everything she could to expedite the paper process. I must also mention the great vehicle orientation from Andreas. He is superb and very funny. He made sure I knew I could follow-up with him anytime if I forgot how something worked etc. So on a scale of 1 to 10.....Mike, Angel and Andreas made my first Mercedes buying experience a 20!! I would recommend them and Fletcher Jones to everyone! More

Sammy was so helpful. He was able to make my dream of owning a brand new Mercedes GLK350 come true. I was not quite sure I would be able to afford it but he was able to suggest leasing the car for a chea owning a brand new Mercedes GLK350 come true.
