I have dealt with the Flood Group for 6 years having purchased 3 Mazda vehicles from Flood Mazda. Always felt that I was treated fairly as I understand that they are in business to make money. The servi purchased 3 Mazda vehicles from Flood Mazda. Always felt that I was treated fairly as I understand that they are in business to make money. The service department is excellent. Being so happy with the Flood Group when I wanted a pickup truck I checked out the Flood Ford facility in East Greenwich, RI. And I purchased a 2019 Ford Ranger and felt that I received a fair deal for the vehicle. After delivery I noticed that the truck bed had only 4 tie downs but placemarks for 6. The 2019 literature shows that there should be 6. After contacting Flood Ford I was as told they come with 4 but I could purchase 2 more if I wanted. I decided to order them and do my own installation. I am disappointed that no attempt was made to meet me half way under the existing conditions. If they acknowledged the facts and offered to split the difference I would at least feel that they appreciate my business as I do realize that they did not manufacture the vehicle. My salesperson, Tyler Cratsenberg was great to work with and did his best to be helpful but this was a management issue so I have only positive feedback on his work. So at this time I can’t give Flood Ford a positive rating and I do not anticipate any future purchases from the Flood Group More
