From the time I first walked on the lot everyone was friendly to both me and my family, and my kids love the doughnuts. They still ask to go to the dealership for doughnuts! There was only one issue I had with my experience and that had to do with obtaining financing. I recently relocated to East Greenwich from Canada and when I initially inquired into any potential obstacles in securing credit through the dealership I was told that it shouldn’t be a problem, but it was. I then needed to seek financing from a third part which delayed my purchase. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and will certain go back to Dave and Mike at Flood Ford for the purchase of my next vehicle. More

We normally HATE going to buy a new car at a dealership, but we have to say, our experience at Flood Ford changed that for us as one of the best car dealership experiences we have had. Our salesman let the car sell itself and was not pushy in any way which actually for me and my husband is the best way to sell a car! He was extremely patient with us and accommodated us in every way so we could make the best decision for ourselves. The finance person was extremely friendly and helpful and you felt you were being dealt with honestly and that he was working for you to afford the best possible rate (even if it was with you own bank) without pushing his own creditors on us, and in the end found an amazing rate for us. We purchased our car on Labor Day and were able to take it home the same day!! That was huge for us since we live 45 minutes away and with time constraints, this was so very helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone. More

First thing I liked was that he was not "hanging" all over me,yet I could find him in minutes if I had questions..Not once did I feel any pressure to buy these cars.However,. I just seem to be a Ford girl. When I had made my decision, Ken introduced me to Joe Pezza in Finance. He helprd me come to a great plan that I could afford,and although it may have taken him a little while to do that,never did he push me over to do something else.He was so patient,and very friendly.
