A few days after we got the car home, we thought that the battery wasn't working well. It didn't start up very quickly. We took it in, and they replaced the battery. No charge! More

In the past, I have dealt with another local Ford dealer. I decided to try another Ford dealership as I really liked the Ford 500 (now called the Taurus). Carlos went out of his way to find a car that had all the features I was looking for in my new vehicle (they did not have one on their lot). The next day, the car was in their yard and being prepped for me to pick up the following day. Carlos went through all the options with me and made sure I understood how to use them all.
