Not only is my car I just bought a certified pre owned Mazda CX 5 from Jeff at Flood Mazda in Wakefield and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Not only is my car absolutely beautiful, but the whole experience was easy and low-pressure. Jeff is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through all of the features on my car. I did a lot of research and feel like I got a fair price for the year, make, model, and mileage of my car. I also can't say enough good things about Cody in finance. He made the process super easy and worked with me on getting an interest rate I was comfortable with. I will definitely be back to do business with them again!! More

He had a loaner car towed to me and picked up my vehicle and took it in to repair my battery. When my car was finished they brought it to me and picked up the loaner. We picked out the vehicle that we thought would work for us. Upon entering the showroom, we were greeted with happy, friendly smiling faces. Coffee, hot chocolate and a variety of fruit was also offered. The negotiations for pricing was easy, we did the traditional haggling and settlement on a price for trade. The financial person, Cody, was exceptional; he even offered to find us a better rate through another lender which we haddecided to work with. The entire experience from beginning to takeover of the vehicle was phenomenal. .... We highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great experience buying a car. More
