Hello, I"m sorry to hear of your situation, unfortunately Flood Mazda did everything possible to help you resolve your issue but your 2013 Mazda CX5 is not a year that actually has been effected by this issue your are suggesting. Flood Mazda did offer you a large discount on this repair and as for larger discounts listed online there are no discounts for this repair because it is not a maintenance repair. We would be willing to help in anyway we can to resolve your issue.

Not true information. Corporate Mazda has refunded me and agreed with my concerns since this is a well known issue with your 2013-2016 cx5s. 20$ credit and telling me to call corporate is all the help you gave.
