An underwhelming experience This most recent visit was the first in awhile as we live an hour away and our perks have lessened over time. Understandable. Previously our car was p This most recent visit was the first in awhile as we live an hour away and our perks have lessened over time. Understandable. Previously our car was picked up for service and we would receive a loaner, but understandably that was an above and beyond service. I did ask if loaners were available but I was told they were not, but maybe because I was going on a busy day. At check out, the customer checking in was able to have that perk. I had requested my wind shield wipers be replaced as the after markets are awful. The salesperson told me they were fine, so they were not replaced. Fyi they are terrible in the rain and I will be replacing them on my own. The Complimentary wash and vacuum should not even be offered as I truly could not tell that this had been done to my vehicle. Overall, an average experience. The representative was very nice and professional but I honestly do not remember his name. More

Wonderful experience from start to finish We bought our Mazda 3 almost five years ago from Flood Mazda. We have never had an issue with the car (which gets gas mileage as good as our Prius us We bought our Mazda 3 almost five years ago from Flood Mazda. We have never had an issue with the car (which gets gas mileage as good as our Prius used to get) or the dealership. All maintenance is done at Flood Mazda service department. It's easy to make an appointment and all the service reps have been great. Our car was overdue for an oil change so we took it in yesterday. Jean was our service rep and she caught the fact that we were overdue for inspection! Thanks, Jean; you saved us an expensive ticket! We love Flood Mazda, and when we want to trade this car in and buy another, we'll go straight to Flood Mazda. More
