I went to Florence Toyota after I had bad experience at another Toyota dealership. I talked to Billy Tisdale to let him know I was interested in buying a Camry, but I was not interested in driving because another Toyota dealership. I talked to Billy Tisdale to let him know I was interested in buying a Camry, but I was not interested in driving because I was in a car accident the week before. So I came back a couple days to test drive the car. It was a seamless process after that. I would recommend this dealership. More

Had a very positive experience getting my vehicle serviced. Ray Kovacsiss (Service Advisor) was courteous, professional, and low pressure in his approach. I did find it interesting that Ray's colleague told me.I needed to wait for my original advisor to handle the checkout; she didn't seem eager to assist me. What if Ray had stepped out or if his shift was over when I returned to pick up the vehicle? It didn't turn out to be an issue because I only waited about 2 minutes for Ray. More
