Run Forest Run, my new Toyota Sienna is making a rattling noise by the rear seat passenger side. Called Folsom Toyota to schedule an appointment informing them of same. I informed her that I would be waiting as I live over an hour away. I arrive 1/2 hour before my appointment only to be turned away by the Service Advisor. He stated we can't chase a rattle on a Saturday. We are out of here in 5 hours. The Service Manager called me and said I could turn around and they would take a quick look as I was halfway home. I said I would schedule with Toyota Vallejo as they have an excellent service department. Run Forest Run! More
