The sales team and finance department are absolutely fantastic and thorough. I would recommend anyone buy a vehicle here. I would not recommend their service department. They do not offer courteous vehicles. They have a shuttle service if you live within a 10mile radius. When I called to make the appointment they said they were fully open for the day but when I got there it was completely packed. Lack of communication between scheduling and the actual service department. I just don’t have the time to wait that long for a minor service. I couldn’t imagine how long the big service appointment will be. I will try out another dealership to see if their service department is better. As a working mom I just don’t see how people manage to give up their only vehicle for a long period of time without the help of courtesy vehicles. More

On my Yaris I found oil prints on my hood and on my Grand Highlander I found oil finger prints on the driver's door. I understand that there might be oil on the techs hands, but at least clean off the things you touch. It bothered me especially on the GH because my SUV is wrapped in ppf. I didn't want the left over oil/ grease to discolor the ppf. More
