Truck buying experience I was in the market for a newer vehicle as my last Ford I owned 13 years. Kevin Vanetta has been a friend for quite awhile and said to come see him w I was in the market for a newer vehicle as my last Ford I owned 13 years. Kevin Vanetta has been a friend for quite awhile and said to come see him when I was ready for a new vehicle. I checked online and found a truck I was interested in. I called Kevin and gave him the stock number. When I arrived at the dealership after work he had the truck waiting for me to test drive with George. I wasn't all that confident in a 6 cylinder full size truck but had read some of the reviews of the twin turbo model. George assured me the that not only was the engine better than the V8 but the newer Fords ran as well as they looked. George was a great salesman. He new his product features and how all the options worked, I was impressed. All throughout the process he was very helpful and would check back with me to make sure things were moving ahead. Kevin made me a deal on the truck that I was very happy with. He was on his sales team to make sure they were on top of things. Kevin made the process of purchasing a new vehicle extremely smooth from beginning to end. I was impressed with both his and George's level of service. George even came to my work to get a signature on an additional form. I would not only recommend Ford Country to my friends but also both Kevin and George as two great guys who look out for their customers. I believe a smile is as important as a hand shake when doing business. You have to be able to trust who you are dealing with. I am a firm believer in Ford quality and it not only shows in their vehicles but their sales staff as well. After having the vehicle a couple of weeks I am very impressed with it. It is a beautiful truck that runs and looks great. I tell all my friends where I purchased it from and tell them when they are ready to stop in and see Kevin and George. You are treated like family! They get five stars for superb customer service, friendly, helpful staff, price and overall experience. Even though it was the middle of the Labor Day They get five stars for superb customer service, friendly, helpful staff, price and overall experience. Even though it was the middle of the Labor Day sale, and there were at least 30 other customers buying vehicles, we were helped promptly, and efficiently. We were given the best possible price they could get my wife and I. Even threw in window tinting and a few other upgrades. Time came for paperwork and other than slowing down for the pricing contract, our paperwork took less than 20 minutes. Must be a new record. All in all, we could not be happier with the entirety of our experience. We'll be seeing them again for all of our cars to come. HIGHLY recommend this dealer. More

Alan Heady Service Advisor is FANTASTIC My 2016 Ford Focus had to be towed in to the dealership. I had a transmission issue and two nails in my tire. They had my car for one week.
