This was my second dealership, as I walked out of the first place because they would not work with me on the price of the new truck or the value of my trade-in. I was standoffish at first, but the sales agent, Raul Valles, did a great job to make me feel comfortable, and ensured me they would work with me on both ends of the potential buy-sell. Raul was very friendly and walked me through the entire process on how they approached my trade-in value as well as showing me all the options on the next vehicle. He was a true professional and kept a great attitude the entire time. In the end, they worked with me on the price of the truck I wanted to purchase and also on my trade-in value. I can say I definitely recommend using them for your vehicle needs. Great job. More

ordered my mach-e in April, Got it Nov 26. Closing the transaction was easy, got a reasonable trade in value. So far after sale has been good, Tech expert spent a lot if time setting us up and getting st transaction was easy, got a reasonable trade in value. Haven't dealt with them a lot yet so can't say how good or bad they are, but so far its been pretty good. Only complaint was almost no communication from the original order until its arrival. I sent several e-mails with questions or for a status update and all but 2 instances got no reply or even acknowledgement. More
