Unprofessionalism and Bait and Switch tatics by Ford Country 3 weeks ago I thought I purchased a new 2019 Fusion from Ford Country of Henderson but after 3 weeks of lies and deception by the dealership and it's 3 weeks ago I thought I purchased a new 2019 Fusion from Ford Country of Henderson but after 3 weeks of lies and deception by the dealership and it's staff I came to learn everything I was assured of and told was completely false. I was told more than 1/2 a dozen times that I was pre-approved by Ford Motor Credit even had my sales person text me saying so. But after 3 weeks and also contacting Ford Motor Credit this was false information the dealership kept telling me. Because of the actions of Ford Country of Henderson and there lies, deception and bait and switch tactics I will never considered a Ford product again unless it's a classic Mustang. I caution others to be very cautious with Ford Country of Henderson and also be aware that Ford Country of Henderson is owned by Gaudin Ford of Las Vegas More

However when I came by Ford Country I was met by Eric(who I had contacted by phone earlier) who lead me through what I thought would be a bad experience but surprised me with high level professionalism. He was very knowledgeable on every aspect of the deal. Because of Eric I have switched all my business to Ford Country. He has helped me not only purchase a new Escape but service my 2016 Explorer XLT and Explorer Sport Trac..I am a very hazard person to please , but Eric and Ford Country have please me completely.
