Untrustworthy Went in to look at a certified used Edge. Took it for a ride, came back and had my Edge trade valued and was waiting at the desk with salesman. It was late in the afternoon and Russ, I believe to be the manager, came over and said they were very busy and could I come back tomorrow morning at 10AM and we would do a deal. I have bought 3 cars there in the past 10 years, this would have been my 4th so I said OK. Well, the next morning at 10, they told me they sold it last night! Very poor business in my opinion! More

Good friendly sales I had one question that nobody seemed to know the answer to. I went from sales, to parts to service and that question was how to hook up the brake con I had one question that nobody seemed to know the answer to. I went from sales, to parts to service and that question was how to hook up the brake control to my travel trailer. The information that was given was that I would have to purchase a new one, but when I got home with my new truck I found some sort of a harness that looks as if it would work on my old control, I would think that someone would have known about this and explained how to connect it to my brake control.
