I had committed to doing business there based on a verbal commitment I made with Christine there over the phone during the "shopping" phase with two other Florida dealers and 3 Maine dealers when i was there on vacation. She put me in touch with Art,who got the truck I wanted,the price I needed to make it work and the financing to make everything work. He did an outstanding job setting things up during the week so I could come in Friday am,sign the paperwork,get the information about the vehicle I needed and get back to my small business. I was NOT delayed,there were no surprises and the experience/process was efficient. It was a pleasant experience after having an extremely bad experience with another local repair facility just days earlier. I am sure the service experience there will also be the same. There is NO reason to drive to Tampa to get a deal on a Ford Truck or car,as they are right here in our back yard. I will recommend them every time. More

Everyone that we came into contact with during this sale were exemplary. The service department has been great to work with both for maintenance on the Escape and installing my after market accessories on the Truck. Chris Newton and Eileen Silva were very helpful and went the extra mile. Bonnie Fox, the courtesy car driver, went above and beyond also. Overall a very pleasing experience. Lease vs. Own - Escape I knew that I wanted an Escape Titanium - but I wanted to keep within my budget and was not sure whether I should re-lease a vehicle or purchase. Usually leasing will give you the best monthly payment - but I hate going back to dealerships and going through the process over and over again. I didn't think that I would say this - but at Flammer Ford - the experience was a good one. They not only got me the monthly payment I wanted but - but it was a purchase! I was amazed when the General Manager came back with the number I was happy with! My sales rep Wayne was very professional and informed me along each and every step of the process. My wife and I got there at 10a and were there until about 3p. What sets this dealer above the others is their "personal" touch. It was a long day and to make our experience - they sent us over to Kallie K's for lunch. Way to go Flammer! More
